Tasting Notes: There are aromas aplenty here with cherry bakewell, pink lady apple skin, raspberry yoghurt & wild strawberries. The palate reflects this fresh red berry profile, but it is also more serious & has great depth. Cherry yoghurt, young wild strawberry & raspberry coulée bring the fruit profile to the forefront, whilst a more savoury & saline note of habas fritas (fried salted broad beans) rounds off this delicious wine. There is a well-balanced yet crunchy acidity which carries the finish on this wine very well.
