Tasting Notes: A pale golden colour with a delicate stream of fine bubbles. The nose is rich & complex, showing off the ripeness of the 2018 vintage with aromas of apple pie, crème anglaise, pear blossom, white peach, toasted almond & burnt butter. The palate is also complex with notes of lemon tart, marzipan, granny smith apple, white grapefruit and a great salinity running through. The finish is long and well balanced on this showcase of 2018 Chardonnay.
